Stardom Employment Consultant is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview

The Corporate Controller will manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance while supporting executive leadership with critical financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger and accounting operations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Develop and maintain internal controls
• Supervise accounting staff and departmental workflow
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
