Position Summary

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and financial documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, match purchase orders, and enter data into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist in month-end closing tasks and expense reporting
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and audits

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-focused environment
