Stardom Employment Consultant is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a well-established and growing organization. This executive role will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving financial strategy, long-term planning, and operational excellence.

Position Overview

The CFO will oversee all financial functions of the organization, providing strategic guidance to the executive team while ensuring fiscal responsibility, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategy
• Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions
• Lead cash flow management and capital planning initiatives
• Advise executive leadership on financial performance and risk management
• Establish and maintain internal controls and compliance processes
• Present financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Drive operational efficiencies and profitability initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Prior executive-level financial oversight required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills
