Stardom Employment Consultants is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing billing, collections, and account reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for invoicing, payment processing, collections, and maintaining accurate customer accounts while supporting month-end close and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices
• Post payments and apply cash accurately
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Manage collections and maintain professional customer communication
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
• Assist with month-end close and AR reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
