Accounting Specialist

Pay: $28 – $32 per hour

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to support financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience handling multiple accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Support audits and maintain compliance with accounting procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
