Position Overview

Our client, a respected leader in real estate development and home sales, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and lead a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruitment & Training: Identify, hire, and onboard new sales team members; provide ongoing training and coaching.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement improvements for optimal results.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Create and maintain online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns that attract qualified buyers.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience:10+ years of proven sales experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Candidates from outside the real estate industry will be considered if they have a strong track record in sales leadership.
  • Licensing: Brokerage license is highly desired but not mandatory.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate a team to exceed goals.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-based role with estimated earnings of $25K–$60K during the first two years, with significant growth potential as the team expands.
