Stardom Employment Consultants is hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and lead the financial close process for a growing organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys mentoring a team while maintaining strong financial controls.

Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will manage the general ledger, supervise accounting staff, and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff
• Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Implement and improve accounting processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
