Overview

We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This position will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end close, and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
