Our client in the property management space is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role requires hands‑on experience managing a high volume of invoices in a fast‑paced environment, along with strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Process 300+ invoices per week accurately and efficiently
• Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain organized and auditable AP records
• Assist with month‑end close activities related to accounts payable
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and payments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience
• Proven experience working in high‑volume AP environments
• Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas required)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
